Note: Since there was no bandwidth group between 2 Mbps – 10 Mbps initially, LGII recommended a new bandwidth Group “D” with an allocated bandwidth of 5 Mbps. Criteria 1 (Max-C)* - If maximum bandwidth utilization of a particular site is below than the bandwidth of immediate lower bandwidth group, the site should be moved to immediate lower bandwidth group. Criteria 2 (Avg-C)** - If average bandwidth utilization of a particular site is below than 50% of immediate lower bandwidth group, the site should be moved to immediate lower bandwidth group. Criteria 3 (BW Upgrade)*** - If average bandwidth usage on past 3 months is more than 85% and it has reached its maximum at least once a day, 70 % of days during last two weeks, the bandwidth should be increased to the next immediate group.
